Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced _**_Regional Sales Manager_**_. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting traditional trade customers, managing sales and budgets, setting sales goals, overseeing product and supply ordering, and providing leadership in hiring and employee retention. _
- Responsibilities:_
- _ Provide support to traditional trade customers and distributors in each region, as well as area managers and teams._
- _ Manage sales and budgets to meet targets, including the development of sales systems and ensuring that the subordinate team has the necessary knowledge._
- _ Determine long and short-term sales goals, aligning them with company objectives and market trends._
- _ Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment to meet regional needs and customer demands._
- _ Provide leadership and guidance in the hiring process and employee retention strategies to build and maintain a high-performing team._
- Required Skills:_
- _ Multi Distributor & Wholesale Management: Proven experience in effectively managing multiple distributors and wholesalers for optimized sales and distribution strategies._
- _ Strong IDT Operations + Planning Capability: Demonstrated expertise in operational management, including inventory control, supply chain management, and efficient planning._
- _ People Leader: Ability to lead, inspire, and transform work processes to improve effectiveness, while providing coaching and mentorship to junior team members._
- _ 7+ years of sales experience with management experience: Solid background in sales, preferably in a managerial role, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets._
- _ Preferred FMCG or F&B background is highly desirable._
- _ Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial information to make informed decisions._
- _ Strong communication skills/Sharp/Active_
