Irrigation Sales Regional Manager

Job Description
We are a leading international company for water control solutions, which are provided to various fields. We have expanded to a strong international presence and has been operating in Asia for the last 20 years. A representative office in Singapore acts as the headquarters for all East Asian operations apart from mainland China.
We are the top name in the Irrigation market and our strong brand, product portfolio and sales network are strong assets to promote sales. We offers Control valves, Air Valves, Meters and other control accessories for various types of Irrigation systems such as open field, greenhouses, landscape and mechanized irrigation.
**Job description and responsibilities**:
Leading our irrigation business in Thailand and Vietnam
Supporting the current focus of regional
Building the market in South East Asia, with a focus on Vietnam, Thailand.
Technical/marketing support to country managers (currently Thailand and Vietnam)
Direct sales responsibility for all IR sales in the region in countries with no local presence
Enhancing our long term marketing presence in the region through online and offline activities in coordination with global and regional headquarters
Acting as a contributing member of the global irrigation team and acting as a local reference point for global marketing initiatives
Along with HQ staff (and possibly future local ones) act as a technical reference point to designers and dealers in the region
Requirement
**Qualifications**:
Engineering degree or other technical education or experience is an advantage.
Background and proven experience in sales of products (not services) in the region, highly preferred to already be based in the region (Bangkok or Vietnam as first choices)
**Western or Thai Nationality**: Required experience in agricultural businesses, preferably in the irrigation industry.
