**Main Purpose**

Regional Sales Manager to cover a specific geographic area within China South; generate sales results for SSAB Special Steel’s main products. The salesperson will provide superior customer experience to customers. The job requires qualifying leads; following up on prospects and developing new customers. Responsibilities also include working closely with the technical and market group to deliver on the company’s vision; a strong, lighter, and more sustainable strategy.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Handling sales activities including but not limited: to customer visits, products promotion, price offerings, and other customer communications to cover the geographic area.
- Creating new markets, increasing strategic product sales, build brand marketing programs.
- Managing DSO, stock, overdue, customer contracts, credit terms, and payments.
- Providing customer development plans with end users, and OEMs and entering sales activities in CRM (customer relationship management) to collect customer information for the organization.
- Supplying weekly reports including but not limited to all customer visits and activities, competitors, industry, and market-related information.
- Working closely with inside sales, the technical manager, and the supply chain entire team to provide exceptional customer service.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Knowledge of Machinery or Mining equipment.
- Ability to handle complex business.
- Build up long-term relationships with customers and deep knowledge of related industries.
- Independent, Motivated, and result-oriented.
- Stronger customer communication and influence skills.
- Accounts management skills.
- Persuasive with strong communication skills.
- Analytical, Open, and Reflective, Problem solver.
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal material, or related.
- Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in the sales area.
- Machinery Manufacture, Mining industry experience preferred.
- Adapt to frequent traveling including in remote areas.
- Good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Experience in handling sales in Laos and Cambodia added advantage.
