**You Will**
- Oversee Brand Marketing Communication strategy. Act as the living embodiment of the brand voice by driving advocacy for the brand and roll-out global advocacy activation programs in the local market.
- Strategize and manage social presence and brand communications plan, including channels planning, KOLs strategy, media, and brand partners relationships.
- Lead community management for the brand. Stay ahead of the curve by spotting social trends and generate creative/innovative ideas and social content creation.
- Lead key brand activation events and oversee all aspects of livestreaming from a brand perspective, including creating guideline and content topics.
- Manage budget and collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
- Champion the brand’s advocacy efforts, defining the brand’s unique personality, tonality, influencer pyramid, and squads.
- Roll out global advocacy activation programs and drive local programs to recruit a diverse range of influencers, including micro, nano, and rising stars.

**You Have**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with experience in agency companies and FMCG is also welcome.
- Demonstrate a strong familiarity and understanding of the Thai market.
- Display a deep understanding of the brand and its target consumers.
- Exhibit the ability to generate innovative ideas, identify social trends, and think outside the box.
- Excel in working under pressure, with excellent time management skills.
- Possess a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
