Job Title: Ice cream Thailand & SEA PDC Lead

Location: Thailand

The Ice cream Thailand & SEA PDC Lead is responsible for leading Social Listening which is the key part of Unilever’s PDC, leading insight discovery and creation through integrated analysis of social, search, rating & reviews, and other data sources. The Ice cream Thailand & SEA PDC Manager will make sense of vast amounts of data, marry traditional with digital sources in a way that enables Unilever to serve consumers better.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead Social Listening Projects end-to-end.
- Refine the initial brief by asking the “right questions.”
- Work through potential hypotheses and storyboarding the outputs.
- Build query and extract data from digital data tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Unmetric, Google Keyword Planner)
- Conduct analysis using both general and in-house analytic tools.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights to inform business strategy, marketing and brand strategies, digital marketing content and strategy, communications, and new product development.
- Synthesizing data and analysis into impactful, action-oriented reports.
- Communicate the key findings and insights to senior stakeholders and peers both conversationally and in formal presentation style.
- Manage projects & time with multiple projects with support from CMI Leads and other PDC analysts in other South East Asia + Indonesia markets.
- Ensure that all outputs are created to a high standard & consistency.
- Build and maintain dashboards for internal team using visualization tools.
- Can independently engage and collaborate with regional CMI and marketing partners to understand business issues.
- Co-lead business partnering the Market Insights CMI Ice Cream SEA ID Manager.
- Influence strategy by turning complex questions into clear and concise actionable concepts, using a wide variety of data sources.
- Types of strategic projects may include portfolio work; consumers habits and attitudes, innovation validation and testing.
- Manage market insights agencies (Delivery Hub) to deliver data analysis, insight, actionable recommendations, and storytelling for the programme.
- Motivate and inspire the market insights agencies (Delivery Hub) ensuring maximum value for the business about quality, timeliness, and service.
- Lead consumer first ad hoc projects in the digital space to drive actions.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience in an research role and providing insight and recommendation based on analysis (CMI/ insight function/ research agency)
- Strong experience handling social listening tools like Brand watch, Mintel, Unmetric etc
- Obsessed by market, consumers, and consumers digital trends with an eye to convert them into tangible business opportunities.
- Effective team working, providing support as and when needed, even when outside of job scope.
- Experience in “storytelling” in a corporate context, and crafting clear, compelling messaging - including presenting the output in both PowerPoint presentation format as well as delivering the insights verbally.
- Strong communication and project management skills
- must be willing to work with CMI & PDC team across the region to deliver high impact projects.
- Ability to independently lead and manage research projects.
- Passion for the digital world and its implications for business.
- Ability to articulate the value of insights with own insights-based standpoint.
- Language skills: Native level (spoken and written) for Thai, fluent in English communication and business presentation.
