Regional Sales Manager to lead distributor & distributor’s Sales Team to achieve sales objective in the assigned area in accordance with Marketing Plans & Business Plans through timely executions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive Sales strategy for Pharmacy channel in Thailand
- Corporate function, cascade down company direction / strategy / tactic to Distributor’s Implementation.
- Oversee daily sales support and planning activities within the assigned distributor
- Monitor Business to adhere company sales strategy & guidelines.
- To lead, guide, influence and motivate sales team to achieve company objectives with professional working attitude and strong sense for achievement.
- Monitor sales team performance, Analyze root cause of performance and initiative action

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related filed
- More than 10 years’ experience in FMCG, preferable in Pharmacy channel
- Leadership Experiences and be able to lead team with coaching and planning
- Fluency - Good command skills in English
- Analytical, business acumen, result driven, Corporate and leading behavior.
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to travel regularly
