**AREA MANAGER (Upper South Region)**
This position reports into Regional Customer Development Manager and is based at Thailand.

**What You Will Do**
The incumbent is responsible for managing distributor and direct account to achieve all objectives. Plan, control, follow up, and evaluate Distributors and Distributor's salespersons. Solve customer issues and help develop business by upgrading the quality of business process and following on the business agreement between J&J and Distribution Owner. Build up business partnership
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver target given by region
- Manage account receivable according to DSO policy
- Control and improve merchandising display
- Efficiently & effectively distribute products
- Manage distributor sales representatives to be able to execute as planned
- Analyze data internal (sale performance) to the most efficient decision making for each distributor
- Review sales coverage vs. census of outlets in responsible area by providing market information for discussion with distributors (set up an efficient itinerary for distributor's salesperson)
- Optimize budget based on P&L
- Supervise, motivate and train sales representatives and Distributors
**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**
**Required**:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree graduate in business administration or any related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in field sales of Consumer goods industry
- At least 2-year experience in Distributor Channel
- Good track record of execution and should have demonstrated the ability to drive initiatives/projects
- Good command of both Thai & English; speaking, reading, and writing
- Excellent communication & presentation skill
- Excellent leadership skills
- Computer skills (MS words, excel, PowerPoint)
- Result oriented and proactive
- Entrepreneurial understanding
- Willing to travel to upcountry
