**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Senior HR Officer position**:
**HR Administration**
- Maintain Thai employee files/ folders, HR database and online information in HRL system.
- Secure completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee data.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Establish and maintain Labor contracts, secure compliance with the Labor Law.
- Design and arrange the Healthcare insurance plan: support employees to effectively use Healthcare Insurance package.
- HR Reporting: timely report monthly HR data as per accounting requirements.
- Check staffs claim according to HR Report, upload to system for approval and payment process.
- Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires.
**Compensation & Wage**
- Issuing payroll reports, carrying out payroll tasks relating to salary payment, income tax, and year-end tax and in close coordination with accounting department and according to the payroll procedure.
- In charge of the administration of the Social Security Fund and Social Welfare.
- Arrange and control allowances and benefits as per company policy.
- Support the annual salary raise process and document any salary adjustment.
- Benchmark salaries and support the preparation of salary budgets.
- Recruitment
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process until done.
**Employee Development**
- Monitor and support the employee appraisal process.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
**For HR Manager position**:
- Responsible for Human Resource of TBC Thailand
- Develop and implement Thailand HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor or higher
- Major: Business Administration, Political Science, or Psychology
**Years of Experience Required**:
- At least 03 - 05 years of experience in HR functions
**Essential Skills and Requirements**:
- English and Thai verbal and written fluency
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and various IT tools
- Service-minded and mature, with a pleasant personality and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and good management skills
- Pleasant personality, results-oriented, systematic thinking, good problem-solving skills, accountability, highly motivated individual, and good team player
- Familiar with multi-cultural situations and capable of coping in a fast-paced work environment
- Flexible & available for business trip to project locations if required
- Being familiar with renewable energy and power generation industry is a plus
- Immediate availability is a plus
**Salary Package: 40,000 - 80,000 THB**
