HR & Administration Officer (Japanese Company)

Requirements:Preferred Female
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Over 5 years experiences in HR and Administration.
- Good in English (Speaking, Writing), Japanese is a plus
- Good Excel Skill
- Strong Coordinate skill and Admin task
**Responsibilities:HR Function: Company size = 30-40 staffs**
- Support Recruiting and work with recuitment agencies
- Work align and support the HQ - Company Policy & Regulations
- Review and manage Company Benefits such as Group Insurance, Provident Fund, Health Check Up, Transpotation, Gasoline, etc.
**Administration Function**
- Coordinate with both internal (Sales Team, Service Team) and external venders for administration task.
- Work closely with MD - Japanese and support required reports.
- Oversee all functions of administration for the office such as Office Management, Company Car, Uniform, office supply etc.
- Support company's activities such as company trips, company's new policy guidelines, etc.
