**We are looking for**:

- To assist Managing Director on implementing all related HR system to be in compliance with Solvay’s system and local regulatory requirements. Also to responsible on effective implementing Solvay’s legal Corporate matters & Sustainable Development programs

**We count on you for**:

- Perform recruitment process according to the Recruitment Procedures and Solvay Compliance Policy
- Develop and implement training plan for all staff according to Personal Need, Job Need and Organisation Needs.
- To responsible for all training documents & records for quality & GMP (EFfCI), HSE or any regulatory audits or inspection
- To support Managing Director working on Career development and succession plan
- To responsible for payroll and related matters on administration process, filing, records and reports. Also to be company representative to deal with all related authorities.
- To assist updating and implementing on Salary structure / Job grading and Performance Management and Market survey
- Responsible to serve employees on any requirements on these matters (payroll, PF, Social security, insurances)
- Regular organize communication and team activities to build team spirit working environment, involvement of staff
- Update all Labor Law
- Maintain and update all related legal corporate documents in compliance with internal control and authority requirements
- Responsible on updating, effective implementing all Solvay Corporate matters ( BOD, Shareholders, legal documents ,..) compliance & Sustainable programs ( Management Book, Compliance Policy ,. )
- To manage System and document control to meet Quality, GMP (EFfCI), Halal, RSPO standard
- To support HSE department on related requirements of ISO14001, ISO 45001 to meet the standard

- At least Bachelor Degree in HRM
- At least 3 Year of working experience in General HR
- Experience in MNC is a plus
