- Review of existing marketing / training materials and work closely with the relevant departments to enhance the collaterals
- Mapping of customer journey for ILP customers, including sales as well as servicing
- Work closely with Distribution heads in engaging sellers of ILP products across banks and agency to understand pain-points and explore ways to address these
- Point of contact on all ILP initiatives / forums, driving cross-collaboration across departments and timeliness / effectiveness of deliverables - able to report on the progress of initiatives with senior stakeholders effectively
- Collaborating with product teams and distribution on developing new ILP products, taking into account features offered by competitors within and outside Thailand
- Product performance analytics - monitoring / analyzing policyholders / sellers behaviors to drive better sales outcomes
