This role has been created in order to:

- Deliver new business to allow achievement of long-term growth strategy (new customer acquisition and new platforms in existing clients) focusing on financial institutions.
- Harvest business that is: reputable, high-profit, high-growth; aligned with our business model and product proposition ('manage the quality of our business')
- In consultation with the Head of Strategic Partnerships SEA, formulate a repeatable and robust sales process

Specific Responsibilities:

- To develop and lead the delivery of a regional sales strategy for FNZ, delivering agreed sales and revenue targets for all products and services
- Primarily responsible for new customer business / major incremental platform business in existing clients
- Measure performance
- Close deals & get contracts signed
- Research and promote development of new systems and services in order to improve client experience, operational efficiency, cost reduction and risk reduction
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the solution
- Follow sales process new business approval
- Business opportunity qualification
- Quote/financial/biz case
- Risk & Compliance
- Product Compliance
- Is this implementable? (Technically feasible? Do we have delivery capacity?)
- Service model qualification/approval (including do we have the capacity?)
- Evidence of success in developing and implementing sales/business development strategies for Thailand.
- A strong network across the C suite/Exec level of our target audience of Financial institutions in Thailand
- Proven experience in SaaS or outsourcing sales relating to Wealth and/or Asset Management in Thailand
- Detailed understanding of the Wealth and/or Asset Management sector, environment, ecosystem, market participants and competition in Thailand
- Proven experience closing multi-year seven-figure-plus agreements with executives at prospective clients
- Evidence of success in building and maintaining a broad network of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity
- Track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.
- Have an analytical approach with the ability to conceptualize issues to assist with problem-solving
- Have a high level of understanding of country & regulatory principles and rules
- Evidence of success in building, leading, and managing a team
- Advanced communication and influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility
- Goal/target-oriented
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently
- Highly organised and able to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities
- Evidence of successfully managing multi-country financial plans
- Language-English & Thai proficiency
