Partner Management Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a collaborative Partners Management team. Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations for professional growth.
- Enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty through strategic improvements.
- Recruit and train new partners, managing acquisition strategies.
- Plan and execute Partner recruitment projects.
- Conduct partner interviews and oversee team management.
- Strategically manage partner acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct team reviews, fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Execute Monthly Acquiring Plan and analyze results.
- Develop content and organize partner activities.
- Oversee communication channels for timely and professional responses.
- Resolve escalated partner issues with problem-solving and empathy.
- Coordinate training programs for enhanced skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare weekly reports, addressing and reporting challenges promptly.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Acquiring and training.
- 2+ years of experience in management.
- Proven experience in acquiring and training individuals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Age 26-35, Thai Nationality
- Good English skill
- Effective under pressure, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Background in service-oriented roles, adept at multitasking.
