Facilitating and Management Support

Execute supporting and servicing TU's cross-border moves including relocation, expense reimbursements, onboarding, etc aligned with group policies.
- Capture the cost related to cross-border moves and coordinate with other functions to ensure the smooth and accurate process when recharging the costs to responsible BUs.
- Work with Inbound and Outbound Mobility Practitioner to ensure process and support the living and working within Thai Union to be seamless.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external vendors by ensuring that deliverables of the services provided by external vendors is efficient and transparent to ensure complete satisfaction with executives and mobiled employees.
- Initiate and ensure the completion of pre-departure and post-arrival activities for executives and mobiled employees, such as look & see trip, relocation, moving and etc.Support management activities, including but not limited to the annual corporate offsite event as well as executive-level events throughout the year, such as work anniversary, birthday, etc.
- Collect, follow up and manage HR Data through HR Scorecard according to HR metrics on quaterly and yearly basis and make sure its accuracy for the purpose of global TU HR Data for internal and external purposes/stakeholders.
- Carry out any specific or ad-hoc task that requires administration, data collection and management support
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degress in any fields with 3-year experience minimum within HR areas. Mobility and HR data analytic experiences will be a plus.
- Good command of English liturature.
- Good Analysis, Problem Solving, communicaiton and management skills.
