Trade & Customs Team Lead Supervisor

**Main purpose of the role**:

- Develop, Analyze and summarize problems to improve Trade & Customs tasks’s efficiency and to ensure consistency between the operations and the company’s policy to achieve KPI.
- Suggest, comment the operation procedure to align with customs compliance with balancing the business’s objective & achievement.
- Invloving in System design/maintenance to support the customs complianance & customer satisfaction.
- Sorting new logistics provider as well as review performance/cost of existing suppliers and compare with tentative replacement suppliers.
- Backup on preparation of import/export and customs clearance documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse and others departments related to import/export.
- Comply strictly with the manual of management and operational regulations of the company.
- Leading people in team on people performance cycle & behavior to meet company’s direction
- Provide collaboration in complying with the policy and regulations related to work environment, occupational health and safety
- Other tasks as assigned by the company and line manager.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Accountable for developing & ensuring the customs formality compliance of import & export activities with local customs & other related regulatory and support the destination countries compliance in each responsible area
- Accountable for coordinating with logistics service provider to provide the best service as agreement
- Accountable for coaching & leading Trade & Customs team to grow, expertise and contribute to company KPI as well as company’s value

**Years’ experience 3-5 years**
- Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics management would be an asset
- At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain management
- Good command of English in both oral and written communication.

**Personal Competencies**:

- Knowledge of customs law, BOI, IEAT, FTA, international trade
- Communication skill
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skill
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure with self-motivated

**Computer Skills**:

- Computer skills e.g. MS Office, ERP tools

**Language Skills**:

- English
