Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking Chat Support Representative

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Mandarin-speaking individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Mandarin-speaking users via chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with Mandarin-speaking customers in a professional and friendly manner via chat platforms.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related questions.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by customers and offer effective solutions or escalate issues to appropriate teams if necessary.
- Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and account-related procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer support processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's database.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

**Salary**: ฿20,000.00 - ฿22,000.00 per month
