**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of [specific software or tools] is a plus
