**Responsibilites**:
- Engage with customers in the Thai language via chat channels to address inquiries and offer support.
- Provide timely and accurate information to ensure a positive customer interaction.
- Demonstrate fluency in Thai, both written and spoken.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex queries.
- Stay informed about Bjak/Dsure products and services to convey accurate information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in the Thai language is essential.
- Previous experience in chat support or customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and a quick learner of new tools.
- Previous experience in insurance-related roles is preferred.
