Transportation Customer Service Account.
- Fixed term employee 12 months contract and renewable for permanent.
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree
- Able to work in shift rotations.
- Chat-Live 80%, Voice 20% Support with transportation inquiries.
- Receive calls / live chat from customers who need help using the service.
- Coordinate receiving support from various departments for customers to be satisfied.
- Fresh graduate welcomed, needs to have good soft skills and serviced minded.

**Skills Required**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 1 year customer service experience in transportation account.**:

- Excellent command over excellent communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Centralized Thai dialect speaking is required
- Must be able to resume immediately

Pay: ฿22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
