Senior Sales Director

This role oversees the development and implementation of nationwide sales strategies, aiming to achieve set targets. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales representatives, inspire them to meet or surpass their goals, and foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute nationwide sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

- Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, adjusting sales approaches as necessary.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring resource allocation is optimized to maximize revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
