Manager/senior Manager- Compensation and Benefit

**Position Objective**:
**Roles And Responsibility**
- Design and Implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee and fully manage charge of people cost, budget and headcount planning.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job evaluation frameworks, and job classifications.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- and evaluate the effectiveness of our compensation and benefits programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze and report on key compensation and benefits metrics to senior leadership.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis and program management ideal.
- knowledge/understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- experience in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
