Our client is looking for a HR Manager position who have the background from Manufacturing and strong in HRM, HROD and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the HR department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Serve as a key advisor to the senior management team on HR matters, providing expert counsel on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices, ensuring that the company's HR function remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles in Manufacturing industry with a demonstrated track record of success in managing and executing HR strategies.
- Proven expertise in all areas of HR, including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, build consensus, and effectively communicate HR initiatives to all levels of the organization.
