**With the responsibility for**:
**Time Management and Payroll Function**
- **Handle full payroll cycle processing; data preparation, and payroll reconciliation (Business Plus payroll program).**:
- **Generate E-pay slip to staff and Prepare salary report**:
- **Prepare statutory submission of PND1, Social Security Fund, Student Loan Fund, and Legal Execution Department.**:
- **Process social security, insurance, and all Compensation & Benefits claim in a timely manner.**:
- **Employee personal confidential E-filing.**:
- **Vacation, leave according to employment individual employment contract connect to payroll program.**:
- **Be the first point-of-contact for employee or manager queries on payroll, compensation and benefits matters.**:
- **Maintain and update active employee’s payroll Compensation & Benefit Support**:
- **Provide reports of employee data to support analyses, management decisions or ad-hoc requests of information.**:
- **Assist in reviewing procedures, and work processes relating to compensation & benefits management to support the organization’s**
**direction and ensure local compliance and propose for management approval.**
- **Support health insurance renewal and review invoice charges.**:
- **Prepare information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.**:
- **Establish internal controls and measures to track and complete documentation for future audits.**:
- **Ensure communication, update the information of Com & Ben to all associates, and respond to any inquiries related to employee’s**
**benefits.**
- **Company rules & regulations, policies.**:
- **Assist HR & GA Manager on any ad-hoc Compensation projects.**
**HR System**
- **Maintain and update employee database, time attendance system and leave system.**:
- **Regular reporting and monitoring, for example probation, leave accruals including excessive leave accrual, long service and recurring**
**absenteeism.**
- **Maintain and update active employee’s data to the company tool. HR Administration**:
- **Maintain New-Hire administration Personal files.**:
- **Generate compensation letters on requests such as letters of employment.**:
- **Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents. Office Management**:
- **Be responsible for all office equipment, supplies, and maintenance in the office. Cooperate with: Managers, Team Leads, staff, and**
**external outsources.**:
