Role and Responsibilities

Position: Senior Officer, HR Payroll

Internal Job Title: Senior Officer, HR C&B Coordinator

Department: People Group (HR)

Location: Empire Tower, Sathorn (BTS Chongnonsi)

Work from home: One day per week

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll processing for Indochina 3 countries (Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar)
- Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Operation Management (IDC 3 countries, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar)
- Provide effective support in term of Payroll and Compensation & Benefits programs i.e. Annual Salary Review, Promotion, Bonus, Incentives, etc. to meet the organization’s objectives and to be competitive with the relevant market
- Participate and support in Annual Salary & Benefits Survey and analyze survey data results to ensure market competitiveness; benchmark with direct competitors for benefits comparison and propose the benefit schemes to superiors for consideration
- Maintain all Compensation & Benefits tasks following HR policies
- Support performance evaluation process
- Oversee and protect the operational risks for Compensation & Benefits function
- Provide advices and consultation regarding Compensation & Benefits, Labor Law implications, responsible HR policies to Employee as required
- Centralize all updated HR policies, workflows and procedures for HR uses and future references
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Human resources, Economics or related fields
- At least 3 - 4 years experienced in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits function with good knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
- Familiar with large MNC culture
- Positive attitude, energetic, self-direct, well organized and detail-oriented
- Good team player and able to work very well under high pressure
- Strong analytical and good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent computer skill including Advanced Excel skill are essential and SAP or related ERP systems
