**About the Role**:
We are looking for an Assistant HR & Admin Manager with outstanding administrative and communication skills. A conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operational support.
- Support the implementation of HR systems or databases; to enter data and maintain these accordingly.
- Assist various HR tasks such as contract documents, employee relation event coordinator, meeting appointments, answering employee inquiries etc.
- Facilitate on-off boarding process: ensure we provide working tools, employees training, and probation document
- Prepare employee facilities, and coordinate with the various department to achieve the team's goals
- Provide and Maintain office supplies/ office equipment/ office support services such as PR/PO process to purchase, check and verify invoice with accounting
- Responsible for administration tasks such as transportation, hotel & flight booking, stationery stock control, office management, etc.
- Support team on other admin & operational tasks as needed/assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR assistant
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Support the payroll process
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate related business and communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
