**HR Assistant Manager Responsibilities**:
- **Manage posting of international assignment, Terms & Conditions contract**
**and agreements, Payment Schemes.**
- **Ensure aligned and integrated people strategy and people management in subsidiary company**:
- **Manage HR Dashboard, reports and queries for executive management and internal customers.**:
- **Assist in development of new benefit plans or modification to existing plans to maintain cost**
**of living standard or a competitive position in the market.**
- **Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration laws, tax laws etc.**:
- **Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources**:
- **Respond to inquiries and requests from employees**:
- **Act as an advocate for employees**:
- **Convey employee concerns and issues to management**:
- **Input and track vacation and sick leave**:
- **Collect time and attendance records**:
- **Conduct salary surveys**:
- **Coordinate performance appraisals**:
- **Organize training and coaching**:
- **Assist with the provision of employee wellness programs and other HR services**:
- **Record performance, grievance and disciplinary information**:
- **schedule interviews and assessments**:

- **coordinate orientation of new employees**:

- **Good command of communication in English**:
- **Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill**:
- **Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and creative problem-solving skill**:
