**Purpose**:
To support the development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple countries and cultures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations across multiple countries and ensure compliance with these laws in all HR-related activities.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across multiple countries.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of regional HR training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local HR teams and other stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
- Assist with the coordination of international payroll and benefits administration, working closely with local HR teams and vendors as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of immigration and work visa processes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping for regional HR-related activities.
- Identify and implement HR best practices to improve HR processes and services across multiple countries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on regional compliance across multiple countries.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and regulations, including immigration and work visa processes.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
