PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment coordination & screening
Assisting with recruitment and interview process
Payroll administration and coordination:
Using HR software to organize, record and update employee information
Documenting and processing holiday & sick leave
Processing adjustments to employee compensation: deductions, allowances, bonuses, commissions etc.
Administering company policy, handbook & documentation
Managing HR software database (Human OS)
Coordinating and filing employee contracts
Documentation of employee performance reviews and KPIs
Documentation of employee complaints, infractions, and warning letters
Maintaining records and coordination for Salary Hero services (3rd Party salary advancing)
Coordination with outsourced HR compliance officer regarding government welfare plans, enrollments, and terminations to social security
Performs customer service functions for employee requests and questions
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective actions
Assists with processing of terminations
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process in coordination with relevant department
Files documents into appropriate employee files
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
Prepares new-employee files
Processes mails
Performs other related duties as assigned
