HR Coordinator

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:
- Work on administrative duties of HR operations regarding total remuneration, learning & development, HR services administration e.g. loan reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, education scholarship, employees’ health insurance, SSO
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
- Coordinate training sessions and the required logistic needs prepare government report.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Support in HR Communication
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of relevant HR experience as an HR coordinator/HR assistant preferably in area of L&D or TR administration
- Good understanding of Full understanding of HR functions
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- To be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills
