**ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่**:

- Organize Kubota Trip for Domestic & Overseas potential customers, and motivate them to lead to word of mouth and referrals.
- Coordinate Domestic & Overseas activities (Kubota Relief, Kubota Community) to enhance customer engagement with existing customers, in order to increase their loyalties. (Short Term & Medium Term)
- Coordinate with related teams to conduct Datathon, an event for training Dealer to create a business plan and submit to SKC as planned.
- Analyze customer’s behavior to support data for customer engagement activities.
- Monitor and organize Welcome Gift and Birthday Gift ordering, and operation for Domestics existing customers.
- Monthly report work performance of Overseas activities and Kubota Square to Management.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, or any relevant fields
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Energetic, good analytical, creativity, management, and services skills, would be advantage
- Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate
