**ความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่**:
- Operate Kubota Trip for domestic & overseas potential customer and motivate them to lead to word of mouth and referral.
- Coordinate domestic & overseas activities (Kubota Relief, Kubota Community) to enhance customer engagement with existing customers in order to push them up to customer loyalty level. (Short Term & Medium Term)
- Coordinate with related team to conduct Datathon for training dealer to do business plan and submit to SKC as plan.
- Analyze customer behavior to support data for customer engagement activity.
- Monitor and operate Welcome Gift and birthday Gift ordering and operation for Domestics existing customers.
- Report work performance for overseas activities and Kubota Square to management by monthly.
- Others work by assignment.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics or related field.
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good command in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate
- Good Analytical Skill, Creativity Skill, Management Skill, and services Skill.
