Partner Manager

**Position Overview**
- The Partner Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for their companies.
- He/She is also responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and designing policies which allow partnerships to thrive; identifying opportunities for new partnerships; strengthening existing relationships and collaborations; attending workshops; building professional networks; enforcing legally binding contracts; developing and executing business plans for strategic growth; synthesizing reports of business metrics.
**Accountabilities**
- Meeting assigned annual Orders and Revenue quota
- Provide our partners’ support in order generate channel sales revenue and related contracts.
- Engage with partners’ sales representatives in prospecting, qualifying, and identifying sound business prospects interested in purchasing DN’s software, systems and services
- Assist in partner Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for ensuring DN support as needed.
- Responsible for achieving assigned channel partner sales quotas.
- Provide forecasts and regular reports on partners.
- Maintains partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Participate in lead demand-generating marketing activities
- Effectively collaborate with presales, consulting, and project delivery group
**Qualifications**
- BA/ BS or equivalent experience required
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retail technology industry with a focus on solutions
- A proven track record for meeting and exceeding performance objectives
- Experience communicating with technical and business solutions audiences
- Skilled in analyzing client needs to identify, and sell potential projects
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic environment

- Must be assertive, influential, and able to motivate all levels of associates, peers, and executive leadership
- Must be adept at team building and collaborating
- Excellent conceptual and technical understanding of their domain of expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
