**Why we need you**
**What you will do**
- Lead a team providing payroll and related statutory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax / Social Security Fund requirements for the entire organization
- Continuous improvement to the payroll process
- Maintain current (HR) information system, Database tables, Data integrity, including setting up/configuration of related equipment, tools/ system of HR information system
- Maintain and support a variety of complex reports and/or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Standard and ad-hoc reports development to serve management or HR requirements.
- Assist in formulate/review administration related policies and set up administration procedure/workflow
- Provide an appropriate level of structure and support to the team making alignment of internal processes to support strategic initiatives, vision, and mission
- Enhances the team capital by coaching and training to develop team efficiencies
**What you will need**
- Minimum 5 years in payroll operations, C&B or related
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel or G-sheet
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Knowledge in labor law, SSO, TAX and related government sectors
- Good command of English
