Leading the sales team and team building
- Extending the new markets, maintaining the existing customers/clients bases and adding the higher sales order
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progresses
**Salary**: ฿70,000.00 - ฿120,000.00 per month
