Job Title: Sales Manager (Commercial Vehicle Paint)

Location: Thailand (Samut Sakhon)

As the Sales Manager for commercial vehicle paint, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with OEM in Thailand. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote our paint solutions to OEMs.
- **Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target commercial vehicle OEMs in Thailand.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Account Management:

- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with OEM clients to understand their paint requirements, provide technical support, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning:

- Forecast sales volumes, set sales targets, and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
- Pricing and Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate pricing agreements, contracts, and terms of sale with OEM customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with the pricing team and senior management to develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize sales revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, technical support, and customer service, to deliver value-added solutions and address customer needs effectively.
- Provide feedback to product management based on market insights and customer requirements to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and sales forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of success in selling to commercial vehicle OEMs in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market in Thailand, including key players, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- **Excellent skills in both Thai and English(written and Spoken)**.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.

Pay: Up to ฿130,000.00 per month
