- Department: Sales, Business Development & Strategy- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:
- Responsible for Lazada e-gift card sales and partnership opportunity. This role will lead end-to-end operation of Lazada partnership business and work closely with both new and hundreds of existing corporate partners to drive sales target and leverage relationship for potential partnership initiatives.**Responsibilities**:
- Manage End-to-End Operations:
Oversee the entire operation of Lazada e-gift card and non-bank partnerships, including sales and marketing planning, execution, partner management, and operational tasks.- Partner Development and Management:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing partners to increase sales opportunities for the e-gift card business and establish a foundation for future partnership initiatives.- Lead Sales Pitching and Communication:
Conduct sales pitches and manage communications to effectively present our e-gift card offerings and partnership opportunities.- Problem-Solving Skills:
Provide thorough analysis and appropriate suggestions to partners, and offer feedback to the team on any issues arising from partnerships.- Data Analysis:
Utilize data analysis skills to continuously improve business performance and identify growth opportunities.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with partner objectives.- Team Leadership:
Guide and manage one team member, providing suggestions and support to manage operations and drive business growth together.
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related fields.
- Preferably in BD, sales & marketing or partnership management. Having background in gift card or customer retention program is a plus.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Thai, ensuring effective communication with all partners
- Well-organized with good analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Passionate, proactive, creative, and capable of handling multiple partners at a time
