Field Service Sales and Development Manager

Reporting To
Business Manager
Key Functions
- Responsible for wide scope of services from inspections and analysis services to on-site maintenance and complete shutdown management projects.
- Provide maintenance development, and process support services and industrial internet digitalization services.
- Prepare and drive Field Service quotation, sales activity and finalizing order with customers, scheduling of resources & Tools and follow up field service execution projects.
- Collaborate with regional sale team to create sales plan and implement plan to achieve sales budgets, improve profitability and gain customer satisfactory, utilise current FSE worklog to suggest next service roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Pulp & Paper industry, including Field Service sales experience.
- Operational excellence experience is strongly required.
- Have Sales experience with technical knowledge of communication, commercial knowledge for negotiate contract terms.
- Good communication skills in English, as well as presentation and facilitation skills.
