You'll take the reins in managing client relationships across a dynamic portfolio spanning hospitality, e-commerce, B2B, and more.
As a motivated and forward-thinking member of our team, you'll work alongside our experts in digital marketing and SaaS development to implement creative campaigns, transform business processes, and help develop a new CRM system. Your role will encompass providing strategic marketing guidance, overseeing end-to-end project management, and leading clients to success with effective digital solutions.

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and execute digital projects
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, aligning our offerings to their business goals
- Ensure seamless project delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to track milestones
- Oversee CRM onboarding, training, and integration, enhancing client capabilities
- Monitor and optimize inbound marketing strategies in partnership with the team
- Craft engaging proposals and innovative strategies to capture new business
- Drive our sales cycle, following up with prospective leads and guiding them through to closure

**Your Ideal Profile**:

- Thai National
- Background in Project Management, Digital Marketing, CRM systems, or related fields
- Eager to grow quickly in a startup environment and contribute to our success
- Effective communicator who excels in influencing client management
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and building client-focused solutions
- Creative, analytical, and able to generate actionable ideas
- Passionate about digital marketing and CRM, with a sharp learning curve

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Hubspot
- Familiarity with data-driven strategies, Excel, and Google Sheets
