**The Position**

We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a key role in overseeing 5 Miles Lab’s social efforts and advertising campaigns from start to finish, acting as primary point of client and the agency.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Project Manager/Account Manager at 5 Miles Lab, you will be the glue that helps keep projects — and people — together. Ensuring that projects will be completed in a timely, efficient and successful manner. These are some of the responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, manage and execute projects from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Assign individuals or entire teams to tasks within the project, while creating and managing detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project.
- Manage budget, ensure project completion in accordance with the stated budget.
- Create long
- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders
- Communicate the project plan and key milestones internally and with the client
- Develop an overarching strategy for how campaigns will be presented, as well as determining which platforms will be used to present them.
- Work with a diverse set of teams (designers, copywriters, strategy planners etc.) to ensure that each ad meets all of the client’s requirements and is ready to be published or broadcasted at the appropriate time.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3-5+ years of working experience in **DIGITAL ADVERTISING RELATED FIELD**:

- Excellent understanding of digital ad agency workflows and processes.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to clients, team members and suppliers.
- Strong organization skills to help you keep track of the simultaneous tasks and be efficient in the performance of your duties.
- Excellent time management skill to ensure that each of the multiple projects you oversee are completed by the agreed timeline.
- Must be a problem-solver. Identify and resolve issues that arise during a project.
- Must be a good negotiator as you will need to negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors and other third-parties involved in the project to secure favorable deals for the agency and client.
- Experience in digital ad agencies a must
- Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Shopify, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Sales & Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- **SPEAKING in Cantonese (preferred)**
