We work remotely 5 days a week and trust you to be your own chief growth officer and accountable for achieving the highest standards without having to be present in an office. In fact, we don't have an office anymore. At the same time, we frequently gather the team together in Bangkok for team bonding and personal development workshops.

**The Opportunity**

You are a seasoned Business Development pro and client whisperer with a flair for high-level relationship building. You are savvy when it comes to understanding what motivates a potential client and you have the business acumen to discuss strategic and big-picture business with anyone from early-stage startup founders to enterprise-level decision-makers. You probably consider what you do consult for your clients as much as you consider it sales (that’s how we approach our client relationships). You have experience running a sales process end-to-end, and enjoy the day-to-day work of discussing business and marketing strategies with other business leaders.

We are looking for a team member to continue building on what works for us currently, but just as much to help Northstar on our next steps to becoming a true small giant in the performance marketing space. We work hard to be excellent at what we do. We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for consulting, qualifying, and educating potential clients about how our operating model sets us apart from other marketing agencies. We are fortunate that we are in a position only to take onboard clients that we believe match our mindset and whom we can truly grow their business and see as true business partners. The role is about closing the right leads as much as it is weeding out the ones that won’t be a great fit for us. Further developing our sales process to ensure we target and get the right clients onboard.

You will be working closely with our VP of Sales and Business Development and have access to our high-performing digital marketing team. You will be working directly with 100’s business owners and decision-makers with the objective of growing Northstar by developing these client relationships. Unlike most agencies, you are not responsible for client deliveries and can hand this over to our marketing operation, which has the strongest proven track record in the country when it comes to delivering results.

**The Challenge**

The responsibilities for you:

- Managing quarterly and monthly sales plans and targets (sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting).
- Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Working hand in hand with our winning marketing team to develop the pipeline through a combination of various marketing techniques and industry expertise.
- Establishing and adjusting pricing by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- High-Level relationship management with existing partners to assure both clients and our operation are living up to expectations and are aligned for mutually beneficial long-term partnerships including finding opportunities for up-sells.
- Understanding high-level business and marketing results together with new clients and handing over the permission and storyline for case studies to the marketing team.
- Be a digital marketing consultant and business partner to clients.
- Growing your professional and technical knowledge.
- Product development with the management team based on market needs.

What your profile looks like

This position is open for both experienced professionals (ideally 2-3 years experience in B2B consultive sales with progressive businesses like start ups and modern SMEs) and highly motivated over-achieving fresh graduates / first jobbers who want to dedicate the next few years fully to their professional growth. The entry salary range depends on your experience and from there you can grow as fast as you can deliver results with no cap
