**What You’ll Do**:
As a Sales & Account Manager/Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships and driving our business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Support & Growth: Work closely with our sales team to identify new opportunities and help close deals through strategic proposals and presentations.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of digital marketing and CRM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Account Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to execute projects and resolve any issues.
- CRM Implementation & Training: Guide clients through CRM onboarding (HubSpot) and support them with training and ongoing assistance.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create strategic marketing plans aimed at maximizing ROI.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports to clients to help them make data-driven decisions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Thai National with proficiency in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or project management (experience in digital marketing or CRM is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present confidently to clients.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a bonus).
