Job Overview:
The CX Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, driving sales, lead generation, business development, pursuing deals, and capturing new opportunities in the enterprise platforms (CX / Martech) sales space that help our clients to succeed in their business growth by utilizing dentsu’s CXM integrated offerings for Thailand territory.

A major lever for growth is our ability to create value for clients by packaging and selling multiple capabilities from across the CXM practice areas. The CX Growth Manager needs to be able to articulate a coherent value proposition for clients across CXM offerings to include business strategy, commerce, customer experience, digital and advanced analytics, data strategy and enterprise technology solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Business Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Present and communicate the value proposition of dentsu CXM's services to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Pursuit of Deals
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams and product alliances to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Capture and Account Management
- Successfully capture new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Foster long-term client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or requisite agency or consultancy experiences.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in consultative sales in a services business, technology provider, product platform provider, system integrator, consulting firm or agency.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Experience, Commerce, Data and Analytics, and Digital/Performance marketing industry; Solutions includes SaaS, CDP, DXP, CRM, CRO, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud. Our alliances are Google, Adobe, Salesforce, to name a few.
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers at the decision-making levels.
- Strong commercial skills. Proven track record of creating strategic deals for clients which deliver value to client and agency alike.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Proven experience of generating your own pipeline in addition to getting pipeline from marketing / partners.
- Proven track record in enterprise platform sales and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellence in written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Hybrid between creativity and technology
- Passionate about experimenting new things rather than focusing on the past best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
