- Prepare and verify payroll data (Overtime, allowance, base salary, etc.)
- Resolve issues from employees
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
- Prepare and analytic daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Prepare Human resource reports by daily, weekly and monthly
- Maintains accurate new joiners, resignees and other employee movement records on systems and filing documents in a timely manner
- Contact and keep records for government office etc. Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, and other officials are a concern
- Provide and support employee request employment certification

**Requirements**:

- Education Background Bachelor degrees of Business administration, Social science, Political science or related fields.
- Professional Experiences of Payroll function at least 2-3 years
- Deep knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Computer literate especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
