**Job description**
**About the Hiring Company**:
We are a payment services provider working worldwide with offices around the world, including UK, Singapore, Russia, Cyprus with headcount of over 500+ employees around the globe.
We are looking for someone who will work under APAC-focused team headquartered in Singapore and covering SEA business development for company's main merchant verticals: Forex, Binaries, iGaming, Sports Betting - which have been the main center of the company's attention for 10 years worldwide.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as an "Acting Coach," managing and guiding the Sales team while developing new sales prospects.
- Drive sales performance to meet ambitious targets, and refine KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships in the FinTech sector by representing our brand at exhibitions and industry events.
- **What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years in a Managerial Sales role in High Risk Payment or FinTech industries.
- Deep knowledge of high risk payment systems in Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in English and a local Asian language (another language is a plus).
- Experience in high-risk industry (Forex, Binary, PSP, exchange, wallets) involved in payment - crypto is not interesting, only FIAT
- Network in the payment industry among Merchants (B2C companies) (for example online casinos or forex) in SEA. China is NOT interesting
- Experienced in Market Region: Primarily SEA (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam)
- Australia, Japan, Korea, NZ, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Pakistan, India is secondary for them
- B2C or B2B: B2C
- iGaming is not a must, Fintech, Payment, Binary, Forex, wallets, exchange, psp
