Our client is Thailand's top-notch cross-border logistics platform aggregating top door-to-door delivery service providers. Their strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing e-commerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining strategic, long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth.
- Developing and delivering sales/profit and other KPIs to achieve both customer's and company's objectives.
- Developing business and opportunity and good selling skills.
- Negotiating and handling objections from both internal and external customers.
- Building strong relationships and making it excellent execution.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; handling issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolving complex issues if they arise, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
**Qualifications**
- Open to All Gender, 26 years old and not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in key account management, CRM in Logistics or a relevant role.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Posses practical knowledge of CRM, leveraging it to maintain, analyze, and drive customer interactions and insights.
- There is no need to have a personal car.
