**In this position you will....**

be leading sales and partnerships teams taking responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth plans. You will be responsible for growing our sales revenues for insurance through continually optimizing performance and delivering around our strategic priorities.

**You will be responsible for **
- Delivering key business goals for insurance exchange including quarterly / annual revenue targets, KPIs, sales quality, effectively managing cost of acquisition budgets and delivering return on investment on marketing spend
- Overseeing a team of Sales Managers
- Designing and executing plans for acquisition of new distribution channels for the company’s products and managing of existing client/dealer/distributors
- Identifying, developing, and managing the end-to-end sales journey and optimizing with technology innovation to ensure efficiency and seamless customer experience
- Developing and implementing programs for regular training for sales growth of all new and existing dealer channels
- Periodically and consistently providing insights based on data to our key clients on the performance of their sales network
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company customer base
- Maintaining awareness of current market conditions and competition and be proactive in implementing new strategies to address ever changing market dynamics
- Executing all the assigned Key Responsibilities in line with the specific timelines as aligned with the key account team
- Complying with the daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting responsibilities in alignment with the General Manager Thailand and Regional team
- Completing overall sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems, processes, and procedures are in place to support the identification, engagement, and successful development of strategic sales.
- Developing and execute strategic initiatives that enhance and sustain business performance, partnership value, sales growth, and operational success.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales and partnerships development preferably within the insurance industry
- Experience preferred in working with digital customer journeys
- Strong analytical, business case and deal structuring skills
- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management skills with internal stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communications, and negotiation skills with senior level executives
- Proven previous experience in team management is advantageous, and ability to provide guidance to team members
- Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and ability to influence stakeholders under dynamic environment
