**About The Job**
Lead Generator Executive will play two main roles - new lead generation and sales data/reporting management. This role will convert outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to Sales Manager in order to make sure that the potential hotel partner will have the best possible experience. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales data reporting using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using prospects' data provided (min 3 meetings set per day).
- To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads generated are qualified and relevant for the business
- Extract data to develop recurring reports
- Support with reporting requirements by creating and maintaining data reports
- Build and maintain dashboards to show results
- Locating and fixing errors in reports
- To achieve conversion KPI by keeping the high ratio of calls to meetings set
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times
- Updating prospects database on a day-to-day basis in our CRM and generating sales team report
- Responsible to hit the phone call and meeting number target
- Report and communicate day-to-day progress and update directly to the Lead of Sales Support/ Sales Support Coordinator
**About You**
- Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Apps, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Fluent in Thai and English languages
- Bachelor’s Degree in any majors
- You should have experience in a similar role, i.e. telemarketing or customer service for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong communication and excellent telephone manners
- You are data-driven in your work with a keen eye on details
- You are energized and motivated by results with a laser-focus on achieving the KPIs
- You are able to work independently and handle situations under pressure
- Experience with Google Data Studio is a plus
