**How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Management of end-to-end Benefit Operations for Thailand market
- Ensuring the accuracy of processing of both company and government benefits
- Effective vendor management: Coordination and management of the entire benefit function through multiple vendors and their internal teams.
- Validation and auditing, ensuring legislative, compliance and internal reporting requirements for Benefit operations.
- Regulatory filings with accuracy and timely
- Ensure proper documentation, SOP & Process flow update for the operations.
- Query management for employees on the resolution of their queries related to benefits.
- Knowledge of Benefits for APAC markets specifically on retirement, government benefits, Insurance & various types of benefits, HMO, and managing servicing operations.
- Ensure timeliness & accuracy of the billings from servicing vendors and independently managing the invoice settlement process.
- Managing quality metrics and lead projects as required towards process improvement and standardization of various internal & external systems.
- Interacting and collaborating with partners across multiple lines of business to source information and deliver better employee experience.
- Closely working with vendor teams for the assigned market (s) to work on enhancing employee experience & satisfaction.
- Consistently understand and exceed customer requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork.
- Ensure that all deadlines are continuously met as per dashboard timelines and adequate controls are maintained over the processes.
- Be the point of escalation of any benefit critical issues and coordinate it to the appropriate management chain for decisions and problem resolution.
- Make sure that all payroll input forms for benefits are 100% accurate.
- Align, collaborate with other COEs, and communicate any legislative memorandum in relation to government benefits.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources or related field
- At least 1+ years of HR Operations experience.
- Demonstrated Strong Soft skills & proficiency in MS-Excel, Power Point etc.
- Extensive experience and thorough understanding of Benefits related servicing operations and compliances and customer servicing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Managing end to end processes of Benefits in a reputed organization with large employee base.
- Has strong management skill to lead projects for process improvement.
- High attention to detail with an eye for Accuracy & Controls, Strong results-orientation, resourcefulness, and flexibility to overcome significant obstacles to goal achievement in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills both of Thai & English (written and spoken) with ability to challenge the status quo and identify improvements.
