**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conducting orientation session for new joiners and training session for internal and recruitment program implementation.
- Assisting the AVP - Human Resources to arrange CRM system training for new joiners and upon request.
- Liaising with training committee in arrange technical training as per calendar.
- Arranging the training evaluation and follow up activities with line manager and staff.
- Collecting, collaborating, and analyzing feedback.
- Coordinating with Instructors and related people and prepare avenue, tools and materials to set the training program to be on time.
- Assisting the AVP - Human Resources in providing training vendor as per training requirement.
- Advertising and communicating with internal staff about the training courses through various media.
- Handling the summary of exit Interview report.
- Implementing HR work process for internal staffs.
- Coordinating with HR Payroll Manager in providing monthly staff in-out.
- Managing the HR supervisor to recruit internal staffs
- Being responsible for the KPIs Spreadsheet for employees.
- Conducting exit interviewing and welfare committee election.
- Conducting employee engagement survey annually.
- Prepare HR monthly report e.g. attrition, etc.
- Assisting the AVP - Human Resources on data analysis.
- Being responsible for JDs and organization chart.
- Performing other assignments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferably.
- Experience in being a Centre of Expertise (either one or two functions) of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, results-driven with good follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and outgoing personality.
- Positive working attitude.
