- Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support annual compensation and benefits surveys
- Prepare and support salary survey
- Employee engagement Survey
- Handle welfare for employee such as group insurance, provident fund, annual checkup and employee relations activities
- To control the welfare committee election and control the Welfare committee meeting with management team and prepare document support.
- Set up and control the information management system for communicate with the Employees.
- Other tasks as assigned
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
- Age 25-35 Years
- At least 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefit management and ER
- Basic Knowledge of Law and PDPA.
- Labor Relationship Management.
- Management skill and good personality.
- Good communication in English.
- Good communication & Human relation
